The full registration fee for the registered participant includes:
- Admission to all the sessions
- Evening drinks reception at Millennium House (October 5, 2007)
- Conference programme
- Conference bag
- Certificate of attendance
One Day Registration
- Saturday, October 6, 2007 → 10,000 yen (on-site 20,000 yen)
- Sunday, October 7, 2007 → 10,000 yen (on-site 20,000 yen)
- Monday, October 8, 2007 → 5,000 yen (on-site 20,000 yen)
Other Options
1. Conference dinner on Saturday 6th October at the APA Hotel and Resort in Makuhari (vegetarian option available) 8,000 yen
There will be a choice of Japanese, Western and Chinese food. Entertainment will be provided. More details will follow later.
2. Obento lunch box ticket (vegetarian option available). As the nearest restaurants are approximately 10 minutes walk from the KUIS campus, we highly recommend the Obento lunch boxes.

Registration Procedure
Pre-registration has now closed. Please register and pay your registration fee at the conference venue. See above for on-site registration fees.
Payment Method
All payments must be made in Japanese yen by credit card or bank transfer. No other type of payment will be accepted.

For quick and accurate processing of your registration, we would appreciate it if you sent a copy of the bank remittance receipt to the Registration Desk (address below).
Confirmation
On receiving your application and payment, the Registration Desk will send you a confirmation letter with your registration number by post. Please present the confirmation letter to the Registration Desk at the conference venue to obtain your registration package.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made to the Registration Desk either by e-mail, letter, or fax (details below).
A 50% refund of the registration fee will be made if cancellation is received in writing by August 31, 2007.
No refund will be made for cancellation after September 1, 2007.
Refunds will be made in the same format as used for payment. Please note that all refunds will be made after the conference.
Refunds will be liable to transfer costs.
Travel Visa
It is no longer possible to receive support for visa applications. If you are a conference presenter and still have not received your documentation for obtaining a visa, please contact the Registration Desk urgently.
